John Scharbauer

John Scharbauer is co-founder of Midland Meat Company and a fifth-generation Texas cattleman carrying forward more than 140 years of his family’s ranching tradition. Alongside his wife, Amy, John founded the company in 2015, bringing a pasture-to-plate philosophy to premium beef sourced directly from the historic Scharbauer Ranches.
